We have two ad-hoc support options, these are best for organisations that do not want to commit to a monthly cost or agreement but do need support from our team. This on demand service allows you to pay an hourly rate and leave the rest up to us.

This is for issues that are not business critical. The team will respond to a low priority query within two business days.

Emergency Support

Emergency support is for issues that are business critical, the team will respond the same day to any emergency queries to ensure your business is up and running as soon as possible.
